The ideal solution for anyone who needs to tin multiple stranded wire. The unit has a maximum weight of 1350g of solder and will take around 8 - 25 minutes to melt the solder dependant on the quantity used. The unit provides an accurate and stable temperature control, within a range of 200-480°C. Suitable for lead free and leaded work. Durable all metal outer housing.
We recommend using the T1139A 1kg 63/37 leaded solder bar with this pot - see accessories below. It is not suitable for use with solder that has a flux/rosin core.
