Paying for your order is simple and secure. Here is what you need to know about prices, payment methods and paying by school order.

Currency and GST

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. For orders shipped outside Australia, GST is removed at checkout.

How you can pay

You can pay using any of the methods shown at checkout:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely.
• PayPal: pay from your PayPal balance, bank account or card.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay: for fast, secure checkout.
• Buy now, pay later: Afterpay and Zip.
• Official school purchase orders: for registered Australian educational institutions, on 30-day payment terms. See our School Orders and Purchase Orders page for how to order.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed securely using encryption, and we do not store your full card details on our systems. We will never ask you to send card details by email.

If your payment will not go through

If a payment is declined, it is usually something small. Check that your card number, expiry date and security code are entered correctly and try again. It can also help to check with your bank that there are no blocks or limits on your card. If you are still having trouble, please get in touch through our contact form and choose "Billing enquiry", and we will help you sort it out. For your security, please never include your full card number in an email or message.

School and purchase orders

We welcome official purchase orders from registered Australian educational institutions on 30-day payment terms. You will find the full process, our supplier and government vendor details, and payment options including direct deposit and cheque, on our School Orders and Purchase Orders page.
