Delivery charges

Courier delivery for Australian orders

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia, with a separate flat rate for bulky items. For current rates, please see our Shipping and Delivery page.

Free store pickup in Perth and Melbourne

  • At checkout, choose "Pickup" instead of "Ship", then select our Osborne Park WA or Ringwood VIC store. We will notify you by text message or email when your order is ready to collect.

International

We ship to over 40 countries. Please see our Shipping and Delivery page for international rates and details.


Order processing and delivery times

Processing times vary by product, so please check the estimated processing time on each product page. Products marked "In Stock" are held in our warehouses. Products marked "Available" are ones we order in from our suppliers for you.

Processing your order

If your order contains items with different processing times, we bring them together at one of our warehouses before sending. For example, if an order has items with short processing times (such as 1 to 2 business days) and longer ones (such as 5 to 7 business days), the quicker items are held with us while the rest arrive, and your order is then sent together. If you need the quicker items urgently, the simplest option is to place them as a separate order.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, at our discretion some items may be sent directly from our supplier.

Please note: if your order is sent in more than one shipment, including directly from a supplier, there is no additional charge to you.

Delivery

Once your order leaves our warehouse, typical delivery times are as follows (some deliveries may take longer depending on the address):

  • 2 to 5 working days: most Australian metropolitan areas.
  • 5 to 10 working days: most regional and remote locations across Australia.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post, StarTrack or a similar courier, and require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign, the courier will leave a note explaining how to make alternative arrangements.

If you are happy for the courier to leave your order in a safe place, please let us know at checkout. We cannot replace lost or stolen parcels where you have authorised the parcel to be left and the courier has confirmed it as delivered.

We take all reasonable care to deliver to the address you give us, but cannot be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address.

Returns

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund it. Please contact us through our contact form with your name, order number, proof of purchase and details of the problem, and keep the item and packaging so we can inspect them. We will process your replacement or refund as quickly as we can once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds are made to your original payment method, and a credit may take a billing cycle to appear on your statement.

Change of mind

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind. At our discretion, we may approve a return if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, or within 14 days of purchase in store. Approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit, a 20% restocking fee applies, return freight is at your cost, and items must be unused and in original, resaleable condition, with proof of purchase. Some items are excluded.
