Waiting on an order?
Have your order number handy and check the estimated dispatch time shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email (it sometimes lands in your spam or junk folder). Dispatch times are an estimate rather than a guarantee, and now and then a supplier delay can push things out. If that happens, we will email you. If you are still within the estimated window, your order is on track and on its way.
Thinking about a return?
We follow the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will make it right, so please get in touch. For change of mind, we are not able to offer refunds, but we may approve a store credit within 14 days, with a 20% restocking fee and return postage payable by you. Your estimated dispatch time is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. If you are still within that window, your order is progressing as expected. Dispatch times are a guide rather than a guarantee, and occasionally a supplier delay pushes things out, in which case we will email you. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Your delivery time is the dispatch time, shown on the product page and in your confirmation email, plus courier transit time, which depends on your location. Tracking details are emailed once your order leaves our warehouse, so please allow a little time for tracking to update.

In-store pickup lets you avoid courier fees by collecting from our store. The usual dispatch time still applies, so it is not a same-day service unless we say so. We will email and text you once your order is ready, so please wait for that confirmation before coming in.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best. Once an order has been picked, processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible. Cancellations are subject to approval, and a 20% restocking fee applies where one is authorised.

We follow the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace or refund it, so please get in touch.
We are not able to offer refunds for change of mind. At our discretion, we may approve a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order, or within 14 days of purchase in store. If a change-of-mind return is approved:
- it is issued as store credit, not a refund to card or cash;
- a 20% restocking fee applies and is deducted from your credit;
- original shipping is non-refundable, and return postage is at your cost;
- items must be unused, unopened and in original, resaleable condition.
Some items cannot be returned for change of mind, including clearance items, special orders, consumables, opened or used products, high-value items and large-quantity orders. Approval is always at our discretion, and unauthorised returns cannot be accepted. Full details are on our Returns and Exchanges page.
