We ship Australia-wide at flat rates, and to over 40 countries internationally. Here is what it costs and how long it takes.

To collect your order and skip courier fees, select Pickup as your shipping option at checkout, and choose Ringwood VIC or Osborne Park WA after entering your billing address. We will notify you by text message or email when your order is ready to collect.
The processing time shown on the product page still applies, so please wait for that confirmation before coming in.

Processing times vary by product, please check the stock status on each product page. Items marked "In Stock" show a "Ships in X Business Days" timeframe and are available through our warehouse. Items marked "Available to Order" show a lead time and are sourced directly from a supplier.

If your order contains items with different processing times, we will generally hold the quicker items at our Distribution Centre and send everything together. At our discretion, we may instead ship items separately as they arrive, at no extra charge to you. To get your order out as quickly as possible, some items may also be sent directly from the publisher. If you need the quicker items urgently, the simplest option is to place them as a separate order.

Your total delivery time is the processing time shown on the product page, plus courier transit time once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking email when your order leaves our warehouse. Typical transit times are:

• 2 to 5 working days to most Australian metropolitan areas
• 5 to 10 working days to most regional and remote areas

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post, StarTrack or a similar courier and require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign, the courier will leave a note with instructions. If you are happy for your parcel to be left in a safe place, please let us know at checkout. We cannot replace parcels confirmed as delivered once you have authorised them to be left. We take all reasonable care to deliver to the address you give us, but cannot be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address.

We deliver to over 40 countries by express international courier, typically within 3 to 10 business days. All international orders require a signature on delivery. Rates below exclude bulky items such as furniture and whiteboards.

For bulky items, or orders of $2,000 and above, please contact us for a quote. Please note that shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.

A few things to know about international orders:

• All prices are in Australian dollars, so your bank may add a currency conversion or processing fee.
• Any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or import fees are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office.
• GST does not apply to international orders shipped outside Australia.
• Orders are sent via Australia Post and handed to a courier in the destination country. DHL is available on request, so just add a note to your order.
