Mastery Learning Teacher's File

Mastery Learning Folders enable teachers and parents to manage the practise of classroom learning content, using the evidence-informed strategies of mastery learning and spaced retrieval. The folders are particularly relevant to the practise of foundational knowledge and skills such as phonics, sight words, spelling and maths facts and strategies. They are supported by a free flashcard club which contains foundational learning content arranged according to the curriculum. Complementary on-going PD is provided with all school orders.

The Teacher’s File containing flashcard organisers, is a tool that facilitates pre and post testing of classroom learning appropriate to the Mastery Learning Folder. Learning content can be photocopied in advance and the testing and allocation of flashcards can be conducted directly from the file, greatly simplifying the task of providing students with individualised content.
