About the Author

Joanne Johnson completed her Bachelor of Secondary Education at Curtin University in 2010 and taught Science, Human Biology and Biology until a personal interest in educational psychology led her to pursue further studies. After completing her Graduate Diploma at the University of Western Australia, Joanne taught Psychology at St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls for several years.

Joanne’s love for Psychology and passion for student development in the field saw a change in focus towards teaching psychology revision seminars, as well as being involved in exam paper writing and examination marking across Western Australian institutes. Joanne is currently teaching Psychology at Joseph Banks Secondary College and continues her involvement with student development, and hopes this book will spark a similar passion for students studying and understanding the field of Psychology.
