We want you to be happy with what you buy. This page explains how returns work, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives faulty or damaged, or is not as described, we will make it right with a repair, replacement or refund. Please get in touch through our contact form as soon as you can, with your name, order number and details of the problem, and please include your proof of purchase. It helps us a great deal if you keep the item, box and packaging so we can inspect them.
We will process your replacement or refund as quickly as we can once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds are made to your original payment method, and a credit may take a billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
Change of mind
Please choose carefully. Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind. However, at our discretion, we may approve a return if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. If a change-of-mind return is approved:
- it is issued as store credit only (no refunds to card or cash);
- a 20% restocking fee applies and is deducted from your credit;
- return freight is at your cost;
- items must be unused and in original, resaleable condition;
- proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive your return and complete a quality check, we will issue your store credit.
Some items cannot be returned for change of mind, including clearance items, special order products, consumables, opened or used products, high-value items, large-quantity orders, and products we are unable to return to our suppliers.
How to request a return
Please contact us before sending anything back. Get in touch through our contact form with your name, order number and the reason for your return, and we will let you know if it is approved and how to send it. When returning an item, please use a tracked delivery service and keep your proof of postage, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
