Your estimated dispatch time is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. If you are still within that window, your order is progressing as expected. Dispatch times are a guide rather than a guarantee, and occasionally a supplier delay pushes things out, in which case we will email you. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Your delivery time is the dispatch time, shown on the product page and in your confirmation email, plus courier transit time. Typical transit is 2 to 5 working days to most metropolitan areas and 5 to 10 working days to regional and remote areas. Tracking details are emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia, free in-store pickup, and international delivery to over 40 countries. For current rates, please see our Shipping and Delivery page.

In-store pickup lets you avoid courier fees by collecting from our Osborne Park or Ringwood store. The usual dispatch time still applies, so it is not a same-day service unless we say so. We will email and text you once your order is ready, so please wait for that confirmation before coming in.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best. Once an order has been picked, processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible. Cancellations are subject to approval, and a 20% restocking fee applies where one is authorised.

Yes, to over 40 countries by express international courier, usually within 3 to 10 business days. Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable. See our Shipping and Delivery page for rates and details.

We will make it right with a repair, replacement or refund, in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Please get in touch through our contact form with your name, order number, proof of purchase and details of the problem, and keep the item and packaging so we can inspect them.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to refund or exchange change of mind. At our discretion, we may approve a return if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. Approved returns are issued as store credit, a 20% restocking fee applies, return freight is at your cost, and items must be unused and in original, resaleable condition with proof of purchase. We accept a range of payment methods at checkout, as well as official school purchase orders for registered Australian educational institutions. For the current options and details, see our Payment and Billing page.

Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. For orders shipped outside Australia, GST is removed at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Card payments are processed securely using encryption, and we do not store your full card details. We will never ask you to send card details by email.

We have two stores, both open to the public. Not everything on the website is stocked in store, so it is worth calling ahead to check.

Not at all. We are open to everyone, including teachers, schools, parents, grandparents, tutors and early learning centres.
