In-Store Pickup: We offer an in-store collection service, which allows customers to collect their order from our store and avoid courier fees. This is not a same-day click-and-collect service. The standard estimated dispatch timeframe still applies to all orders, including in-store collection. For in-store collection orders, please wait until you receive a text message or email confirming your order is ready for collection before attending the store.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check the status of my order?

Your estimated dispatch timeframe is displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email sent at checkout. If your order is still within that timeframe, it is progressing as expected and does not require an update.

Please note that estimated dispatch timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. From time to time, minor delays may occur due to unexpected disruptions in the flow of goods from our suppliers. We will do our best to inform you of any such delays via email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery timeframes consist of:

  1. The estimated dispatch timeframe (shown on the product pages and in your confirmation email), plus
  2. Courier transit time, which varies depending on your location.

Tracking information is emailed once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

I selected In-Store Pickup. When can I collect my order?

In-store Pickup allows you to avoid courier fees by collecting from our store.

  • The standard estimated dispatch timeframe still applies to all in-store collection orders.
  • This is not a same-day or next-day click-and-collect service unless specifically stated.
  • You will receive an email and SMS notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Please wait until you receive confirmation before attending the store.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to request a cancellation or amendment, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been picked, processed, or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to approval.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply where cancellation is authorised.
What is your Returns Policy?

We accept returns strictly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty / Damaged / Not as Described

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

At our sole discretion, we may authorise a return within:

  • 14 days of receipt (for delivered orders), or
  • 14 days of purchase (for in-store purchases).

If a change-of-mind return is approved:

  • It will be issued as store credit only (no refunds).
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Some items are strictly non-returnable, including (but not limited to):

  • Clearance items
  • Special order products
  • Consumables
  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition
  • High-value products
  • Large quantity orders
  • Products we are unable to return to our suppliers

Approval of any discretionary return remains at the sole discretion of Teacher Superstore. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
